4 – 6pm              Arrival. go to check-in desk, Find your Cabin, get settled in. 

                           Location of check-in  desk: Raker Lodge

6 – 8pm              BBQ. hosted by the Chism Family.

                           Location: The Meadow. Rain location: Raker Lodge

9 – 11pm             Talent Show. Master of Ceremonies – Katie Hayes.

                           Location: Uncle Toby’s Storyhouse     

Saturday, June 20, 2015

8 – 10am            Continental Breakfast               

                           Location: Raker Lodge

10 – 2pm            Lawn Games/Walk to Sandy River/Waterfall/Relax

                           Lunch on your own

4 – 5pm              Ceremony

                           Location: Cathedral of the Ferny Glen

                           Rain Location: Toby’s Storyhouse

                           Note: Allow ample time for walk uphill to cathedral. Golf cart rides can be arranged.        

5:30 – 6:30pm    Happy Hour    

                            Location: Toby’s StoryHouse                   

6:30 – 8pm         Dinner

                            Location: Outside Raker Lodge

                            Rain location: inside Raker Lodge

8 – 9pm              Dessert              

                           Location: Toby’s StoryHouse

9 – midnight       Music. Soul music by The Essentials

11 - noon          Goodbyes and leave camp. Must be out of camp by noon!
